On the occasion of our 10th anniversary
regional Governmant recognises our accomplishments.

In Lima at the Ministry of Education our work has been recognised and appreciated for several years.
In Ecuador, 2009, we were invited to present our method of informal-basic-education to a regional conclave of directors of the Ministry of Education. Last September we were feted in Colombia when we introduced our method for the first time in Bogota.
In Trujillo, La Libertad, Peru - our hometown - where we have been expirimenting, designing and developing this method for the last ten years. Where we proved it, and from Trujillo sent it out to most of the regions and provences of Peru. And it was welcomed and is being implemented there: for it works everywhere there are poor children not receiving education. We also took it from Trujillo to most of the other countries of South America - this was recorded in the press, on TV and in diplomatic dispatches.
Still we had no indicatopn all this time how the Mayor of Trujillo and the President of La Libertad regarded our work .
